Abstract
<h4>Objectives</h4>This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the benefits and harms of aerobic exercise on pain, function, quality of life, psychological functioning, and adverse events, compared with placebo, sham treatment, attention control, or no treatment.
