Abstract
<h4>Objectives</h4>This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of anti-TIGIT inhibitors in combination with PD-1 inhibitors or PD-L1 inhibitors compared to treatment with PD-1 inhibitors or PD-L1 inhibitors in the first-line treatment of advanced NSCLC. To assess the effectiveness and safety of anti-TIGIT inhibitors in combination with chemotherapy and PD-1 inhibitors or PD-L1 inhibitors compared to treatment with chemotherapy plus PD-1 inhibitors or PD-L1 inhibitors in the first-line treatment of advanced NSCLC.
