Abstract
Cerebral granulomas are associated with nervous signs inPullorum outbreak.Bone marrow is also a recommended tissue for isolation ofPullorum.Rapid plate agglutination test detects Pullorum antibodies in a vaccinated flock.Phylogenetic analysis showed clonality of isolates within the outbreak.
