Abstract

The conducted here study demonstrated that diarin and lactic acid use did not influence negatively on poultry meat quality, which met the requirement of GOST, and did not differ from intact poultry meat. Moreover, above mentioned preparations increased poultry protective potency, and had growth-stimulating effect that leaded to producing capacity increase.
