Abstract
Curcumin derivatives B and N were developed as disaggregation agents of amyloid β (Aβ) fibrils. The detoxification provided by each compound at a concentration of 1 μM was observed in neuroblastoma cells. Furthermore, both compounds significantly rescued locomotion dysfunction in an Aβ-expressingmodel of Alzheimer's disease.
