Abstract
Elezanumab accelerates olfactory sensory neuron regeneration in a methimazole-induced mouse model. Repulsive guidance molecule A blockade increases GAP43and OMPcells dorsally while sparing basal cells. This approach offers a novel therapy for sensorineural olfactory disorder.
