Abstract

SUMMARY Generalized lymphosarcoma was observed in a 7-month-old New Zealand White rabbit. Numerous grayish white nodules were found in the kidney and liver. The mucosal surface of the stomach was hemorrhagic and ulcerated. Virus-like particles were observed in neoplastic tissue from the kidney on electron microscopic examination. Significance of the presence of virus-like particles was not determined.
