Abstract
This case report describes the management of an umbilical hernia in a 12-day-old Francois langur (Trachypithecus francoisi) in a medium-sized group. No clinical signs were reported prior to the visualization of the hernia or surgical procedure. Radiographs confirmed that the intestines were encased in the umbilical sac. No complications were reported post-operatively.
