Abstract
SUMMARY A 4-month-old female calf had marked mammary gland enlargement. The udder was firm on palpation, and serous fluid was obtained on milking. The body size was typical of a 1-year-old heifer, and the external genitalia were those seen in a mature female. Diagnosis of sexual precocity was made on clinical signs and physical examinations.
