Abstract
A 62-year-old man experienced embolization of a patent foramen ovale (PFO) occlusion device in the pulmonary artery. The device was successfully retrieved using "puncture to loop" technique, without the need of specific materials. This is a challenging retrieval situation, confirming the feasibility and flexibility of the technique. (<b>Level of Difficulty: Advanced.</b>).
