Abstract

Introduction: Splenic lymphoid nodules may be lymphomas or nodular hyperplasia. Differentiating them requires a combination of histopathology, immunohistochemistry and possibly PARR testing. However, the clinical course of both lesions is similar, with an overall median survival time of 1282 days.
