Abstract
This case achieved successful abdominal wall reconstruction through staged management in a traumatic diaphragmatic hernia (TDH) patient with intra-abdominal hypertension: emergency open abdomen, skin grafting at 1 week, and definitive repair at 9 months, providing a valuable management model.
