Abstract
Veterinary well-being has emerged as a growing field of study and practice, yet efforts remain fragmented across the profession. To achieve a coordinated approach to veterinary well-being, on July 29, 2025, Merck Animal Health hosted the first Veterinary Wellbeing Collective roundtable to drive actionable, in-person discussions about the past, present, and future of veterinary well-being. The audio from the meeting was recorded, transcribed, and summarized, and this article highlights priorities for coordinated action.
