Abstract
Objectives This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the effectiveness of vitamin B supplementation in children and adults with sickle cell disease (SCD), compared to no intervention or an alternative vitamin B supplementation given as part of standard care.
