Abstract
ABSTRACT Guinea pigs are immunized with pig insulin with an iodine content of 0–10.4 127I/mole. It is shown that a qualitatively different antibody formation occurs against the various 127I-insulin preparations. It is also demonstrated that labelling with 125I of the 127Iliodinated insulin does not introduce any detectable changes in the reactivity with the corresponding antisera.
