Plain-English summary
A 4-month-old golden retriever was having trouble breathing due to a mass almost blocking its windpipe. During an endoscopic exam, vets found that the mass was an osteochondroma, which is a type of bone tumor. They successfully removed the mass using a special laser technique called diode laser ablation. After the procedure, the puppy's breathing improved significantly.
