Abstract
<h4>Objectives</h4>This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: The primary objective is to assess the benefits and harms of glucocorticoid facet joint injections in adults with chronic back or neck pain that is presumed to be facet joint-mediated. The secondary objective is to assess whether the effects differ by diagnostic method for facet joint-mediated pain.
