Abstract
Summary: Precursor-targeted immune-mediated anaemia, also known as steroid responsive anaemia, is a non-regenerative anaemia that involves destruction of erythroid precursors by the immune-system. Treatment requires long-term immunosuppressive therapy, often over many months.
