Abstract
Five new species of chewing lice in the genusKéler, 1936 , are described from North American jays and allies. They aren. sp. fromRidgway, 1887 ;n. sp. fromPitelka, 1945 ;n. sp. from( Ridgway, 1873 );n. sp. fromWied-Neuwied, 1841 ;n. sp. from( Wilson, 1811 ). An identification key to theon corvid hosts is provided.
